2026 9th U.S. Legacy International Art Festival Officially Launched !

The annual U.S. Legacy International Art Competition officially opened for registration on April 4 2026 !

This festival will hold its opening performance and awards ceremony at a professional theater in Los Angeles, providing an international stage for artistic talents worldwide to showcase themselves, exchange ideas and grow.

国际赛事:

美国传承杯国际艺术比赛涵盖音乐（器乐&声乐）、戏曲、舞蹈、书画四大类别。

美国传承杯国际艺术比赛将在全球举行线上比赛和美国洛杉矶的线下竞演活动，并将邀请国际的众多音乐界名流、教授担任活动的艺术顾问和评委。

参赛的报名已于即日启动，欢迎各位选手踊跃报名参赛，取得优异成绩，攀登更高的艺术舞台。

一。比赛类别：

1. 器乐大赛／声乐大赛

指挥、作曲

键盘类、中国民族乐器类、西洋乐器类、打击乐类等

2026 9th U.S. Legacy International Arts Competition

International Competition

The U.S. Legacy International Arts Competition covers four major categories:

Music ( Instrumental & Vocal ), Chinese Opera, Dance, and Calligraphy & Painting.

The competition will be held online globally and offline in Los Angeles, USA.

We will invite many internationally renowned musicians and professors to serve as artistic advisors and judges for the event.

Registration is now open. All contestants are welcome to sign up enthusiastically, achieve outstanding results, and reach higher artistic stages.

i. Competition Categories

1. Instrumental & Vocal Competition

四。报名日期

A. 线下：2026年4月4日----2026年5月20日

B. 线上：2026年4月4日----2026年7月20日

五。报名费：

A. 个人：160美元 / 1200人民币（中国）

B. 集体：（2人以上 - 10人以下合作成一个作品），毎人130美元 / 1000人民币（中国）

C. 集体：（11人以上合作成一个作品），毎人100美元 / 800人民币（中国）

六。比赛级别：（以6月30日生日为准. 报名时需附上有效官方身份证件）：

A. 幼儿组（ 7岁以下），少年组（8 - 12岁），青年组（13 - 18 岁），成年组（19岁以上）

B.专业组，业余组

* 值得一提的是本次大赛年龄不限，欢迎所有的艺术爱好者有机会参与。

A. Offline: April 4, 2026 – May 20, 2026

V. Registration Fees

A. Solo: $160 USD / 1200 RMB (China)

B. Group (2–10 participants per work): $130 USD / 1000 RMB (China) per person

C. Group (11+ participants per work): $100 USD / 800 RMB (China) per person

VI. Competition Divisions

(Age cutoff: birthday on June 30; valid official ID required upon registration)

A. Competition Age Groups:

• Toddler Group : under 7 years old

• Children’s Group : 8–12 years old

• Senior:13–18 years old

• Adult: 19 years old and above

B. Competition Category:

• Professional Division

• Amateur Division

Note: This competition has no age restrictions. All art lovers are welcome to participate.

七。报名生效：

组委会收到有效的报名表、参赛者照片、参赛作品视频、（参赛作品照片只限书画大赛）、报名费

A. 视频要求（器乐 / 声乐 / 中国戏曲 / 舞蹈）：

1. 参赛者可提交一个通过 Youtube、腾讯、优酷等频道的表演视频链接或可电邮一个可供下载的 MP4 形式的视频。

2. 该视频须反映参赛者真实水平。因此，该视频须在报名前的6个月内录制。填写报名表时须注明视频录制日期。

3. 该视频须未经剪辑。任何通过剪辑等处理的视频均视为无效。

4. 该视频须清晰地展示参赛选手的全面表现。

B. 视频或照片要求（书画）：

1. 视频 ( 供选择 )：要求同上

2. 照片：

打开设置，找到相机

找到录制视频，调到：1080P, HD 60FPS

找到“ 格式”，调到兼容性最佳

版权：

参赛者所提供的参赛作品、照片、视频等版权最终归大赛组委会所有，组委会无需向参赛者支付任何费用。作品等如有任何争议，由参赛者负责。

VII. Registration Validation

Registration will be confirmed only after the Organizing Committee has received:

completed registration form, participant photo, performance video (or artwork photo for Calligraphy & Painting Competition only), and registration fee.

A. Video Requirements (Instrumental / Vocal / Chinese Opera / Dance)

1. Participants may submit a performance video link via YouTube, Youku, Bilibili or other platforms, or email a downloadable MP4 video file.

2. The video must reflect the participant’s true level and must be recorded within 6 months prior to registration. The recording date must be clearly stated on the registration form.

3. The video must be unedited. Any edited or processed video will be considered invalid.

4. The video must clearly show the full performance of the participant.

B. Video or Photo Requirements (Calligraphy & Painting)

1. Video (optional): same requirements as above.

2. Photos:

Email photos of the artwork to the designated address.

Video Shooting Requirements:

• Shoot in horizontal landscape mode with mobile phone.

• Phone camera settings:

◦ Go to Settings → Camera

◦ Set video resolution to 1080P, HD 60FPS

◦ Set “Format” to Most Compatible

• Clean background, no ambient noise, proper attire and grooming.

Copyright:

The copyright of all submitted artworks, photos, videos and other materials shall ultimately belong to the Competition Organizing Committee, which shall not be required to pay any fees to participants.

The participant shall be fully responsible for any disputes arising from the submitted works.

八。大赛节目表演时间：

1. 个人：3 - 5 分钟

2. 集体：3 - 6 分钟

复赛：

具体公布时间由评委会评比结果时间决定。并由电邮通知入围者。

九。大赛奖项：

本次大赛晋级由专家评委评分，网络最具人气奖由网络投票评选。

VIII. Performance Duration

1. Solo: 3–5 minutes

2. Group: 3–6 minutes

The exact announcement date will be determined by the judging panel’s evaluation results.

Finalists will be notified by email.

IX. Competition Awards

Advancement is based on scores from professional judges.

The Online People’s Choice Award will be selected by online voting.

1.奖杯 / 证书

a.金奖、银奖、铜奖选手获相应的电子荣誉证书和奖杯, 其他获奖选手获相应的电子荣誉证书。

b. 团体组别的相应奖品（电子荣誉证书、奖杯）只限一份，如需增加数量，需另缴纳费用：电子荣誉证书30美元 / 300人民币一份，奖杯50美元 / 500人民币一只。

2.获奖者将有机会获邀参加由美国梅拉诺文化演艺集团主办的:

a. 2026美国传承杯国际艺术节演出。音乐会将通过美国、欧洲和中国的网络、电视、电台向全球直播和转播。（节目视频制作和平台播出等工本费用另计，制作后版权归美国“传承杯”国际艺术节组委会所有。）

b. 获奖作品将在美国梅拉诺文化演艺的官网和美国梅拉诺文化演艺youtube频道、美中华人音乐家协会官方直播频道、美国梅拉诺文化演艺哔哩哔哩频道、微信公众号、小红书、TIKTOK等视频网上播出。

c. 2027年由美国梅拉诺文化演艺集团主办的新年新春音乐会演出（洛杉矶春晚）。

d. 美国梅拉诺文化演艺集团主办的其它活动。

3. 大赛组委会不向参赛者、伴奏者和/或其他随行人员提供任何形式的保险。

Notes:

1. Trophies & Certificates

a. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners will receive corresponding electronic certificates of honor and trophies. All other award winners will receive corresponding electronic certificates of honor.

b. Group entries receive only one set of prizes (electronic certificate + trophy). Additional copies are available at extra cost:

◦ Electronic certificate: $30 USD / 300 RMB each

◦ Trophy: $50 USD / 500 RMB each

2. Award winners may be invited to participate in events presented by Merano Cultural Performces (USA):

a. 2026 9th US Legacy International Arts Festival Gala. The concert will be broadcast live and replayed globally via online platforms, television, and radio in the United States, Europe, and China.

(Production and broadcasting fees will be charged separately. All copyrights of produced videos belong to the US Legacy International Art Festival Organizing Committee.)

b. Winning performances and works will be featured on official channels including:

◦ Merano Cultural Performances official website

◦ Merano Cultural Performances YouTube official channel

◦ SINO - US Musicians Association official live channel

◦ Merano Cultural Performances Bilibili channel

◦ WeChat Official Accounts, Rednote, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

c. 2027 Chinese New Year Spring Concert (Los Angeles Spring Festival Gala) hosted by Merano Cultural Performances.

d. Other events and programs presented by Merano Cultural Performances .

3. The competition organizing committee shall not provide any form of insurance for contestants, accompanists, and/or accompanying personnel.

十一。【注意事项】

1. 报名表必须填写真实有效电邮地址、微信和电话，以作收取确认通知书及联系之用。报名表必须以正楷填写，电邮所注明的参赛者中/英文全名必须与报名表一致。所有来电标题需注明【2026第九届美国传承杯国际大赛】。回复电邮时必须附上原电邮。

2. 报名完成需电邮提供以下四项（ a.b.c.d. )，并得到大赛组委会的确认。申请人应保留全部申请材料的原件，提交的报名材料不予返还。

b. 报名费转账凭证复印件。付款需一次完成。因故或材料不齐未能按时参加比赛者，不得以任何理由要求退费。

c. 清晰的报名照片一张

d. 参加大赛视频

3. 任何形式/事由/付款等与组委会联系时必须清晰注明参赛者的中/英文姓名、参赛项目、2026第九届美国传承杯国际艺术大赛。如未注明而造成的失误将由参赛者负责。

4. 参赛者在收到组委会电邮通知后的3天内需回电邮确认。组委会未能如期收到，即视为参赛者自动放弃进入下一程序。

5. 奖杯与奖状：比赛结束后将由主办方发送给获奖者。

6. 参赛未获奖者将不另行通知。

7. 未达到比赛奖项要求，该奖项可为空缺。

8. 有关比赛评定办法，依本会订定之规则办理。解释权在大赛组委会。所有决定依照本官方网站为准。

9. 一经报名成功，敬请关注本大赛网页及参赛者电邮，有关大赛信息会在不断更新中。

XI. Important Notes

1. The registration form must include a valid and active email address, WeChat ID, and phone number for receiving official notifications and correspondence.

The form must be filled out clearly in print. The full name (Chinese and/or English) of the participant as shown in the email must be consistent with the registration form.

All email subjects must include “2026 9th US Legacy International Competition”.

All reply emails must include the original message.

2. To complete registration, participants must email the following four items ( a, b, c, d ) and receive confirmation from the Organizing Committee.

Applicants should retain copies of all original documents; submitted materials will not be returned.

a. Completed registration form

b. Copy of the registration fee payment receipt. Payment must be made in one installment.

Participants who are unable to compete on time due to personal reasons or incomplete documents will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

c. One clear recent photo of the participant

d. Competition performance video

3. When contacting the Organizing Committee regarding any matters, including but not limited to registration, payment, and inquiries,

you must clearly state the participant’s full name (Chinese and / or English), competition category, and “2026 9th US Legacy International Arts Competition”.

The participant shall be responsible for any errors caused by failure to provide the above information.

4. Participants must reply and confirm via email within 3 days after receiving the official notification from the Organizing Committee.

Failure to respond on time will be regarded as automatic withdrawal from the next stage of the competition.

5. Trophies and certificates will be distributed to award winners by the organizer after the competition.

6. Participants who do not receive awards will not be notified individually.

7. Awards may be left vacant if entries do not meet the required standards.

8. Judging and scoring shall be conducted in accordance with the rules established by the committee.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation.

All official decisions shall be subject to information published on the official website.
