参赛的报名已于即日启动，欢迎各位选手踊跃报名参赛，取得优异成绩，攀登更高的音乐艺术舞台。

比赛类别：

键盘类；中国民族乐器类；西洋乐器类

民歌演唱类；美声演唱类；流行演唱类

比赛地点：线上

比赛日期：2020年8月20日-----2020年8月30日

报名日期：即日起----2020年8月18日

报名费：每个节目以一位出场：美金100元

每个节目以二位出场：美金190元

每个节目以三位出场：美金285元

每个节目超过四人出场，每人报名费为美金95元

中国报名收费每位人民币800元（包括获奖者的奖杯、奖状的国际邮寄费）

报名生效：以报名费兑现为准（2020年8月18日止）

比赛级别：（以7月31日生日为准. 报名时需附上有效身份证件）：少年组（12岁以下），青年组（13 - 18 岁），成年组（19岁以上）。

* 值得一提的是本次大赛年龄不限，欢迎所有的音乐爱好者，使他们都有机会参与。

组委会收到视频的截止日期：2020年8月18日

视频要求：

1. 参赛者可提交一个通过Youtube频道演奏视频链接或可电邮一个可供下载的MP4 形式的视频。

2. 该视频须反应参赛者真实水平。因此，该视频须在报名的6个月内录制。填写报名表时须表明视频录制日期。

3. 该视频须未经剪辑。任何通过剪辑处理的视频均视为无效。

4. 该视频须清晰的展示参赛选手全面表现

视频拍摄要求：

拍摄手机设置：

打开设置，找到相机

找到录制视频，调到：1080P, HD 60FPS

找到“ 格式”，调到兼容性最佳

背景干净，无噪音，仪表装容

5. 版权：

参赛所提供的视频版权如有争议，由参赛者负责。

比赛表演时间：

3 - 5 分钟。

比赛奖项：

1. 按各类别、各级别分别设2020美国传承杯国际大赛金奖、银奖、铜奖，颁发奖杯和证书。优胜奖和荣誉奖，颁发证书。

2. 凡得奖选手的导师将获得优秀教师奖, 颁发证书。

3. 所有获奖者极其导师将被列为【2020美国传承杯国际艺术节】官方网站的年度获奖者。

4. 获奖者将有机会获邀参加由美国梅拉诺文化演艺公司主办的:

a. 2020美国传承杯国际艺术节线上演出。音乐会将通过美国、欧洲和中国的网络、电视、电台向全球直播和转播。（节目视频制作和平台播出等工本费用另计，制作后版权归美国“传承杯”国际艺术节组委会所有。）

b. 获奖作品将在美国梅拉诺文化演艺公司的官网和美国youtube频道、中国大陆的视频网上播出。

c. 2021年由美国梅拉诺文化演艺公司主办的新年新春音乐会演出（洛杉矶春晚）。

d. 其它活动。

【注意事项】

1. 报名表必须填写有效电邮地址、微信和电话，以作收取确认通知书及联系之用。报名表必须以正楷填写，电邮注明参赛者全名必须与报名表一致。所有来电标题需注明【2020美国传承杯国际音乐大赛】。回复电邮时必须附上原电邮。

2. 报名完成需提供以下五项（ a.b.c.d.e. )：

a. 报名单

b. 付款需一次完成；收取PAYPAL 、支票或汇款。因故或材料不齐未能按时参加比赛者，不得以任何理由要求退费。

c. 清晰的照片一张

d. 参加大赛比赛视频

e. 个人简历

3. 任何形式/事由/付款等与组委会联系时必须注明参赛者的中/英文姓名及事项，如未注明而造成的失误将由参赛者负责。

4. 奖杯与奖状：比赛结束后由主办方发送给获奖者。

5. 参赛未获奖者将不另行通知。

6. 有关比赛评定办法，依本会订定之规则办理。解释权在大赛主办方。

7. 未达到比赛奖项要求，该奖项可为空缺。

                  Each show has more than four appearances, and the registration fee per person is USD95.00

Registration effective: Subject to the registration fee received (until August 18, 2020)

Competition division: (Subject to July 31 birthday. Valid ID must be attached when registering): Junior group (under 12 years old), Intermediate group (13-18 years old), Senior group (over 19 years old).

Deadline for the organizer to receive the video: August 18, 2020.

Video requirements:
1. Participants may submit a link for the performance via Youtube channel or email a downloadable video in MP4 format.

2. The video must reflect the real level of the contestants. Therefore, the video must be recorded within 6 months of registration. The video recording date must be indicated when filling out the entry form.

3. The video must be unedited. Any video processed through editing is considered invalid.

4. The video must clearly show the full performance of the contestants.

Open the settings and find the camera.

Find the recorded video and adjust to: 1080P, HD 60FPS.

Find "Format" and adjust to the best compatibility.

The background is clean and no noise.

5. Copyright:

The contestants shall be responsible for the copyright of the video provided by the contestants.

Competition performance time:

3-5 minutes.

Competition awards:

1. The gold, silver and bronze awards by category and division will be awarded trophies and certificates. Superior and honor awards: certificates are issued.

2. The instructors of the winners will receive the Excellent Instructor Award and issue certificates.

3. All winners and their instructors will be listed as the annual winners of the official website of the [2020 3rd US Legacy Cup International Art Festival].

4. The winners will have the opportunity to be invited to participate in the concerts hosted by Merano Cultural Performances Inc:

a. Online performance at the 2020 3rd US Legacy Cup International Art Festival. The concert will be broadcast live and broadcast to the world via networks, televisions, and radio stations in the United States, Europe, and China. (The cost of the video program production and platform broadcasting will be calculated separately.) After it is done, the copyright of the production belongs to the organizer of the 2020 3rd US Legacy Cup International Art Festival.

b. The winning works will be broadcast on the official website of Merano Cultural Performances Inc, YouTube channel, and the video online in Mainland China.

c. 2021 New Year concert (Los Angeles Spring Festival Gala) hosted by Merano Cultural Performances Inc.

d. Other activities.

NOTE:

1. The entry form must include a valid email address and phone number for the admission ticket (notice) and contact. The original email from the organizer must be attached with your reply .

3. When contacting the organizer in any form/subject/payment, etc., the Chinese/English name of the contestant must be indicated. If it is not noted clearly, the contestant will be responsible.

4. Trophy and certificate: After the competition is over, the organizer will send it to the winner.

5. Contestants who do not win will not receive any further notice.

6. The methods for assessing competitors shall be handled in accordance with the rules set by the organizer. The judges who are chosen by the competition organizer hold the right of rules.

7. In case of failing to meet the competition award requirements, the award can be vacant.
