2023第六届美国传承杯国际大赛

一年一相约，相知第六年

2023年7月29日至8月13日，2023第六届美国传承杯国际艺术节暨国际大赛如约而至。并将以线上线下的双轨制形式演绎。

艺术大赛总策划李愔指出，为了让更多不同年龄、不同行业的人士能有机会展示自己的独特才艺，此次活动即日起至7月15日在美国洛杉矶和中国上海面向海内外公开报名，参赛对象不限年龄，参赛节目不拘形式。大赛分为四大板块——音乐、舞蹈、戏曲、书画，以初赛和复赛的形式展开。

作为全美一张靓丽的名片，本次大赛旨在为全球艺术爱好者提供艺术展示平台，发掘和选拔更多优秀艺术人才，促进海内外艺术教育发展。本次活动由美中音协直播平台及美国梅拉诺youtube频道全程播出。参赛选手可通过线上电邮等方式进行报名。

2023 6th US legacy international Art Festival and Competition will start on July 29th, 2023, and ends on August 13th, 2023. It provides online and offline.

George Li , the chief planner of the art competition, pointed out that to meet different ages and vocations groups and give opportunities to show their ability, so there is no ages and pieces limit. From now to July 15th, 2023, the competition starts enrollment in Los Angeles in America and Shanghai in China. The competition has four parts---music, dance, Chinese opera, and art, and the competitors will experience preliminary and final contests.

As a beautiful showcase, the competition's goal is to provide a grand and wonderful stage for people who love arts, find and choose excellent artists, and promote art and music education. This event will be supported and shown by the Chinese American Music Association and Merano Youtube channel. The participators can send registration forms by email.

一。比赛类别：

Competition category:

1. 音乐大赛

比赛项目：

器乐：键盘类、中国民族乐器类、西洋乐器类、打击乐等

声乐：民歌演唱类：美声演唱类；流行演唱类等

Music:

Musical instruments: Keyboards (standard piano, electronic piano, double keyboard electronic organ); Chinese traditional musical instruments; Western musical instruments, and percussion.

Voice: Chinese folk songs, bel canto, pop music, etc.

2. 戏曲大赛

比赛项目：

京剧、昆剧、沪剧、越剧、黄梅戏、秦腔、呂劇、豫劇、柳子戲、山東梆子、四川川劇、话剧、朗诵等

Chinese traditional opera:

Various operas , drama, recitation, etc.

3.舞蹈大赛

比赛项目：

芭蕾舞、民族舞、古典舞、现代舞、街舞、爵士等

Dance:

Ballet, Chinese folk dance, classical dance, modern dance, hip hop, jazz, etc.

4.书画大赛

比赛项目：

绘画、雕塑、书法、摄影、工艺美术、纂刻等

Art:

Painting, Sculpture, Calligraphy, Photography, Seal cutting, etc.

报名费：100美元 / 800人民币 / 每人

六。报名生效：以报名费兑现为准（2023年7月15日止）

Valid registration is the entry fee received no later than July 15, 2023. .

七。比赛级别：（以7月31日生日为准. 报名时需附上有效身份证件）：少年组（12岁以下），青年组（13 - 18 岁），成年组（19岁以上）。

Competition group: preteens (under 12 year old); Teens (13-18 year old); Adults (above 19 year old).

* 值得一提的是本次大赛年龄不限，欢迎所有的艺术爱好者，使他们都有机会参与。(No age limit)

八。组委会收到视频的截止日期：2023年7月15日

The deadline for receiving participants’ videos is July 15, 2023

视频要求（音乐 / 戏曲 / 舞蹈）：线上

The requirement for videos (Music/Chinese opera/Dance) Online

1. 参赛者可提交一个通过Youtube、腾讯、优酷等频道的表演视频链接或可电邮一个可供下载的MP4 形式的视频。

Two options:

1). Available links that can show on Youtube, Tencent, Youku channel

2). Email an MP4 format video that can download

2. 该视频须反映参赛者真实水平。因此，该视频须在报名日的6个月内录制。填写报名表时须表明视频录制日期。

The video must reflect the participant’s actual level and should record within six months. Please indicate the recording date on your application form.

3. 该视频须未经剪辑。任何通过剪辑处理的视频均视为无效。

Please DO NOT edit the videos in any way !

4. 。视频和音频效果必须清晰.

The video and audio must be clear!

a.参赛者可提交一个通过Youtube、腾讯、优酷等频道自我介绍和展现作品的视频链接或可电邮一个可供下载的MP4 形式的视频。

1). Available links about self-introduction and art pieces that can show on Youtube, Tencent, Youku channel

2). Email an MP4 format video that can download

b.该视频须清晰地全面地展示参赛的作品。

The video must be very clear!

The background of the video must be very clear, and no noise.

版权：(Copyright)

参赛者所提供的参赛作品、视频、演出视频版权最终归大赛组委会，组委会无需向参赛者支付任何费用。

The copyright of all participants' photos and paintings belongs to the competition organizing committee, and the organizing committee doesn't need to pay for participants.

九。比赛节目表演时间： Video duration

1.个人：3 - 5 分钟

Individual (3-5 minutes)

2.集体：3 - 6 分钟

Group (3-6 minutes)

十。复赛：初赛入围名单将在美国梅拉诺官网的《2023第六届美国“传承杯”国际大赛》网页上公布，具体公布时间由评委会评比结果时间决定.

Finals: The participants who passed the preliminary will be announced in official website of Merano, and the date for announcement will be decided by competition organizing committee.

十一。大赛奖项：Competition Awards

本次大赛晋级采用线上和线下比赛及网络投票相结合的方式。线上和线下比赛由专家评分，网络投票由人气网络评选评分。

注：

A.金奖、银奖、铜奖选手获相应的电子荣誉证书和奖杯, 其他获奖选手获相应的电子荣誉证书。

The gold, silver, and bronze winners will get electronic certificates and trophies, and other participants will get electronic certificates.

B.团体组别的相应奖品（电子荣誉证书、奖杯）只限一份，如需增加数量，需另交纳：电子荣誉证书30美元/300人民币一份，奖杯50美元/500人民币一只。

For group, the winners only have ONE electronic certificate. More electronic certificates need to pay: $30/certificate or 300RMB. $50/trophy or 500RMB.

2.所有获奖者及其导师将被列为【2023美国传承杯国际艺术节】官方网站的年度获奖者。

All winners and their instructors will be listed and published on our official website and become winners of 2023 !

3.获奖者将有机会获邀参加由美国梅拉诺文化演艺集团主办的:

All winners will get opportunities to be invited by Merano Cultural Performances below:

a. 2023美国传承杯国际艺术节线上 /线下演出。音乐会将通过美国、欧洲和中国的网络、电视、电台向全球直播和转播。（节目视频制作和平台播出等工本费用另计，制作后版权归美国“传承杯”国际艺术节组委会所有。）

a . The US legacy international competition committee will organize online and live performances in 2023. The concerts will show worldwide in the United States, Europe, Chinese networks, TV, and radio stations. (The cost of programs needs to pay by performers, and the copyright belongs to US legacy international competition committee).

b. 获奖作品将在美国梅拉诺文化演艺的官网、美国梅拉诺文化演艺youtube频道、美中华人音乐家协会官方直播频道、美国梅拉诺爱奇艺签约平台、梅拉诺哔哩哔哩频道、腾讯视频、微信公众号、微博、洛杉矶华人资讯网等视频网上播出。

b . The winners’ competition pieces will show on the official website of the US Merano Cultural Performances, the Youtube channel of the US Merano Cultural Performances, the official website of SINO-US Chinese Musicians Association, the American Merano Iqiyi signing platform, Merano Bilibili Channel, Tencent Video, Wechat Official Account, Micro-blog, ChineseInLA.com.

c. 参加2024年由美国梅拉诺文化演艺集团主办的新年新春音乐会演出（洛杉矶春晚）。

c . All winners can Attend the Chinese New Year Performance (Los Angeles Chinese New Year Show) in 2024 hosted by the US Merano Cultural Performance.

d. 参加美国梅拉诺文化演艺集团主办的其它活动。

d . All winners have opportunities to take part in other events or performances hosted by the US Merano Cultural Performance.

十二。大赛组委会不向参赛者、伴奏者和/或其他随行人员提供任何形式的保险。

No insurance can be provided by competition committee for all competitors.

十四。【注意事项】Points for attention

1. 报名表必须填写真实有效电邮地址、微信和电话，以作收取确认通知书及联系之用。报名表必须以正楷填写，电邮所注明的参赛者中/英文全名必须与报名表一致。所有来电标题需注明【2023第六届美国传承杯国际大赛】。回复电邮时必须附上原电邮。

1. The application forms must be filled out in regular script with participants’ valid email addresses, Wechat ID, and phone numbers.

Note: All participants' name on application forms must be same as the name shown on emails, and the topic of the emails should be 2023 US legacy international competition

2. 报名完成需提供完整的以下四项（ a.b.c.d. )，并得到大赛组委会的确认。申请人应保留全部申请材料的原件。提交的报名材料不予返还。

(Checklist for application below) When participants submit an email about competition pieces, the competition committee will reply with a confirmation email to them. Note: All participants should keep all original application materials, and the competition committee will not return any of the application materials.

*一旦报名成功，即参赛者同意本大赛的所有条款。

Once submitted an application form, the participant will agree with all terms of the competition.

因故或材料不齐未能按时参加比赛者；如发现申报材料不实，即取消其参赛或获奖资格，不得以任何理由要求退费。

For some reason or incomplete materials, those who fail to participate in the competition on time and the application materials are untrue will be disqualified from participating in the competition or winning the prize immediately, and they shall not ask for refund for any reason.

3. 任何形式/事由/付款等与组委会联系时必须注明“参赛者的中/英文姓名、参赛项目、2023第六届美国“传承杯”国际大赛”，如未注明而造成的失误将由参赛者负责。

Any emails to the competition committee must indicate participants’ Chinese and English names, competition category, and the 2023 6th US Legacy International Competition.

4. 参赛者在收到进入复赛的电邮通知后的3天内需回电邮确认。组委会未能如期收到，即作为参赛者自动放弃参加复赛。

Participants need to confirm by email within 3 days after receiving the email notification of entering the semi-finals. If the organizing committee fails to receive it as scheduled, it will automatically give up participating in the semi-finals as a participant.

5. 奖杯与证书：大赛结束后由主办方发送给获奖者。

Trophies and certificates: after the competition, the organizer will send them to the winners.

6. 参赛未获奖者将不另行通知。

The participants who do not get any of awards will not be notified.

7. 未达到大赛奖项要求，该奖项可为空缺。

If it fails to meet the requirements of the competition award, the award can be vacant.

8. 有关大赛评定办法，依本会订定之规则办理。解释权在大赛组委会。所有决定依照本官方网站为准，不另行通知。

The right of interpretation lies with the competition committee. All decisions shall be subject to the official website without any notices.

9. 一经报名成功，敬请关注本大赛网页，有关大赛信息会在不断更新中。
